I’m a licensed and insured home inspector in Washington State, serving the greater Seattle area. I love discovering new homes and learning what makes each of them unique. That’s why this isn’t just a job for me – it’s a passion. Sometimes, when I’m poking around, I’ll use the latest high tech gear to get the job done right. But there’s no real replacement for good old-fashioned curiosity and an instinct for what works and what doesn’t. I enjoy the challenges and surprises that this line of work brings, and I am humbled by the wealth of knowledge from the inspectors that built their careers before me.
